Man arrested on the charge of raping a youth in Siraha

Police arrested a 38-year-old man Mauliya Mahara of Siraha municipality-6, on July 10, on the charge of raping a 23-year-old woman. According to the victim, the accused raped her on May 14 and she lodged the complaint against the accused on May 15. According to the police, the accused absconded after the incident and was arrested with the help of Siraha police.
