Police arrests 13-year-old boy on the charge of rape in Palpa

Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy from Tansen Municipality-6 Kunsare in Palpa on the charge of raping a 3-year-old minor girl. Police arrested the boy after the girl's mother filed a complaint stating that the boy raped her minor daughter in a vegetable garden. Police deployed from Burtung police post and District Police Office Palpa arrested the boy after being informed about the incident. Police are further investigating the incident.
