A 32-year-old woman lodged a complaint against a 38-year-old man Ram Pratap Ray Yadav of Parsa rural municipality-2 on July 27, on the charge of attempted rape. The 32-year-old woman victim alleged that the accused attempted to rape her on July 23. According to the police the accused absconded.
