Police arrested 24-year-old Bhagwan Baleli Magar also Known as Bhabi of Birendranagar municipality-12, on July 27, on the charge of raping a 12-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint against the accused on July 26, alleging that the accused raped her on July 22. The victim's family alleged that the accused threatened to murder her if she disclosed the incident to anyone. According to the lawyer, the victim refused to got to school and used to stare for a long time after the incident.
