46-year-old woman's victim's side lodged a complaint on July 31 against Rabilal Khanal, a 58-year-old man of Swargadwary municipality-3, on the charge of rape. According to the police, the victim alleged that the accused raped her on July 28, and the accused absconded after the incident. The victim's side alleged that the accused raped the victim when she was alone at home and he absconded after the incident.
