A 30-year-old victim woman of Tilotama municipality of Rupandehi lodged a complaint against her husband Mohan Chaudhary, a 27-year-old son of Deputy mayor of Jageshwor Chaudhary on July 31 on the charge of rape and domestic violence.  According to the complaint lodged, the victim alleged that Mohan has been raped multiple times and she was physically assaulted by him on July 30 when the accused came home under the influence of alcohol.  There were visible bruises of physical assault on the body of the victim of strangling and biting.
