Police arrested Chaman BK, a 29-year-old man of Shantinagar rural municipality-5, on August 3, on the charge of raping an 8-year-old minor relative girl. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on August 2 when no one was present at the house of the victim. According to the mother of the victim, the incident was shed light on after the victim told her mother that her private body parts were hurting. The complaint was lodged on August 2 night.
