Youth arrested on the charge of raping a teenage boy in Kailali

Sudip Nepali, a 20-year-old youth of Purnawas municipality-1, on August 7, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teenage girl. According to the victim's father, the accused kept the victim in his relative's home since July 21 under the pretext of marriage in Dhangadhi sub-metropolis-12. The victim's side lodged the complaint on July 21.
