Complaint lodged against a youth on the charge of raping a woman in Morang

A 24-year-old victim woman lodged the complaint on August 6, against a 25-year-old youth Bijaya Tolang of Belbari municipality-2 on the charge of rape. The victim alleged that the accused raped the victim on August 3, in Kerabari rural municipality-2. According to the police, the accused absconded after the complaint was lodged.
