Teenage boy arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl in Rupandehi

Police arrested a 14-year-old teenage boy of Butwal sub-metropolis-11, on August 9, on the charge of raping an 11-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on August 9, alleging that the accused raped the victim on August 7. According to the victim's mother, the accused raped the victim when she was alone at home and approached her to go and play in a bush near Tinau river.
