Police arrested 23-year-old Suraj Loniya of Maharanjgunj municipality-11, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. According to the police, the victim lodged the complaint on August 14, alleging that the accused raped her on August 12. According to the mother of the victim, the accused raped the victim when she was alone at home.
