Quinquagenarian arrested on the charge of raping a youth in Bhaktapur

Police arrested Chandeshwor Thapa, a 50-year-old man of Suryabinayak municipality-8, on August 17, on the charge of raping a 25-year-old youth. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on August 10 and since then he absconded.
