Rape accused arrested from Kapilbastu

Lumbini, Kapilbastu, Shivaraj
19-year-old Bijay Yadav, 21-year-old Bishal Badai, and 24-year-old Ram Kumar Badai of Shivraj Municipality-6 were arrested on Aug 16 on the charge of raping a 30-year-old woman with intellectual disability on Aug 14. The victim's health examination was conducted on Aug 15 at Shivraj Hospital, Bahadurganj. Further investigation is ongoing on the incident.
