Police have arrested two women from Achham on the charge of assaulting their mother-in-law and subjecting her to inhumane behavior. They were arrested for investigation of the incident after the video of Jaisara Neupane, 50-years-old, of Panchadewal Binayak Municipality-6, being indecently assaulted was published on social media. According to the police two daughter-in-laws of Neupane have been arrested for further investigation after the video was published on Facebook. Other detailed information is not available on the incident.
