A 28-year-old woman from Dudhauli Municipality of Sindhuli has registered a marital rape case against her husband. The police have not released the names of the husband and wife. The woman filed a complaint saying that her husband consumes alcohol and rapes and physically assaults her her every day.  Police are holding the accused into custody after he failed to pay a fine of rupees one thousand as ordered by the court.
