ANNFSU (Revolutionary) affiliated to Mohan Baidya led CPN padlocked the account section of Kalika Manav Gyan Secondary School, Nabin Industrial Kadar Bahadur Rita Secondary School, Kanti Secondary School, and New Horizon Secondary School in Butwal on September 6 accusing the schools of charging exorbitantly high fee and not making transparent the scholarship distribution. The ANNFSU (Revolutionary) cadres also stated that they were compelled to take action as the government had failed to do anything about the schools' irregularities.
