NSU stages demonstration in Kathmandu urging the President to verify Citizenship Amendment Bill

Nepal Students Union (NSU) affiliated to Nepali Congress demonstrated in front of Trichandra Campus in Kathmandu on September 11 condemning the delay by the President of Nepal in verifying the Citizenship Bill. The protesting student group also pelted stones at the police when the security tried to stop the students from burning the President's effigy.
