Man arrested on the charge of attempting to rape a woman in Rupandehi

Police arrested Suraj Bishwakarma a 36-year-old man of Butwal sub-metropolitan-11, on September 7, on the charge of attempting to rape a 30-year-old woman. According to the police, the accused attempted to rape the victim on September 7 when she was at home. The victim underwent medical examination at Lumbini provincial hospital in Butwal.
