Police arrested Sakkal Tamta, a 20-year-old youth of Pachaljharna rural municipality-8, on September 11, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl by abducting and keeping her hostage. The victim's side lodged the complaint on September 11 alleging that she was raped on September 8.
