Police arrested Shrishta Mahtara 21-year-old youth of Chaya Nath Rara municipality-4, 18-year-old Devraj Jaishi, and a 13-year-old boy, currently residing in Bamgaon, Chaya Nath Rara municipality-14, and permanent residents of Kalikot Sunny Triveni rural municipality-3 on the charge of gang-raping a 16-year-old teenage girl in Mugu. The accused allegedly raped the victim on September 8.  Police are further investigating the incident.
