Complaint lodged on the charge of rape in Rupandehi

A complaint was lodged against Sahajat Khan, a 20-year-old youth of Lumbini Cultural Municipality-13 on October 8, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. According to the family of the victim, the accused raped the victim by taking her to a relative's house in India on September 22 by tempting her. The accused absconded.
