Parents padlocked Janata Secondary School based in Laphagau of Rautamai Rural Municipality-3 in Udayapur expressing their dissatisfaction citing that the students' education have been affected due to lack of teacher at the school. Local representatives of political parties, parents and students padlocked the school on October 16 afternoon. The parents started an agitation by forming a struggle committee demanding reform in education at the school citing that their repeated demands to the school's management committee, school administration, and the ward office had been ignored.
