Teenage boy arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl in Rupandehi

A 17-year-old teenage boy was arrested on the charge of raping a 16-year-old minor girl in Rupandehi. The victim's side lodged the complaint on October 17, alleging that the accused raped her and impregnated her on March 29. According to the police, the accused and the victim are relatives. The victim underwent a medical examination at Bhim hospital in Bhairahawa on October 17.
