Police on October 27 arrested 32-year-old Jeevan Rokka of Panchpakhan Municipality-3 Phachhyang in Sankhuwasabha district on the charge of murdering his 30-year-old wife Urmila Rokka Sarki. DSP Birendra Godar of the District Police Office said that Rokka killed his wife by attacking her with a sharp weapon during a domestic dispute on October 27. The victim's postmortem was done at the district hospital on October 28. Police arrested the accused on the same day.
