Youth arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl in Rupandehi

Kamlesh Mallah a 24-year-old youth of Siyari rural municipality-4 was arrested on December 2 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on November 30 alleging that the accuse raped the victim on November 28.
