Anil Khatiwada a 40-year-old man of Biratnagar metropolitan-16 accused 45-year-old Rabi Lingden Subba, computer operator at ward office in Biratnagar metropolis-16 of physically assaulting him on December 29. The victim alleged that the accused physically assaulted him and he sustained an injury on his eyes while trying to pay tax. The victim Khatiwada alleged that he had a dispute with the employee after he said that he would first pay the revenue of one of the two plots in Lalpurja in the name of himself and Jirsidevi Mandal for the formation of a consumer committee.
