A complaint was lodged against Ramesh Bishwakarma a 21-year-old youth of Madi municipality-3 on January 4 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old teenage girl. According to the police, the victim's side alleged that the accused raped her on January 3. The accused absconded after the incident.
