Police arrested 68-year-old Parshu Bahadur Budhathoki of Bahrabise municipality-4 on January 23 on the charge of attempting to rape a 58-year-old woman. The victim alleged that the accused attempted to rape her while she was in her own residence. Police arrested the accused on the basis of the victim's complaint. The victim underwent medical examination at Primary Health center Bahrabise.
