Cadres of CPN (Majority) smeared black in the face of Baburam Luitel Head of District Transport Management Service's Office in Dhankuta accusing him of receiving a bribe in his office on January 25. whereas, Luitel alleged that the assault happened outside of his office and the accusation of the bribe was false. SP Laxmiraj Adhikari of District Police Office said that police are looking for the CPN cadres involved in the incident.
