Police arrested Arjun Khadka a 24-year-old youth from Melung rural municipality-7 in Dolakha on January 29 on the charge of character assassination of his ex-girlfriend. According to the police, the victim and the accused came to know each other through social media and began a relationship. After their breakup, the accused shared private photos and videos of the victim with his friends. Police arrested Khadka after the victim filed a complaint against him.
