Youth arrested on the charge of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in Rupandehi

Police arrested Jhabindra Aryal a 33-year-old man from Tilotama municipality-4 in Rupandehi on February 3 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old teen girl. The victim lodged the complaint on February 2 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted her on January 12. The victim underwent a medical examination at Lumbini provincial hospital.
