Police arrested Lakpa Gyaljen Tamanag a 19-year-old teenage boy of Dudhkunada municipality-3, currently residing in Koteshwor of Kathmandu on February 10 evening on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl by taking her to a hotel. According to the police, the accused rapoed the victim on February 5 in a hotel located at the Bhaktapur municipality-9.
