A complaint was lodged against Amod Mahatman Yadav a 40-year-old man of Tirhut rural municipality on February 9, on the charge of attempting to rape a 45-year-old woman. According to the victim, the accused attempted to rape her on February 7 night and the complaint was lodged on February 8.
