Police arrested Ram Bahadur BK a 39-year-old man in February 17, on the charge of attempting to murder his 39-year-old wife Laxmi BK, and his two children a daughter and a son of Devdaha municipality-9. According to the police, the accused who was under influence of alcohol locked in his wife and two children inside the house and torched the home with the intention of burning and murdering them on February 16. According to the victim Laxmi, the accused physically assaulted her and attempted to murder but escaped with the help of the neighbors.
