A complaint was lodged against Ram Gurung a ward chairperson of Macchapuchre rural municipality-8 on the charge of verbally and physically assaulting Laxman G.C. an assistant sub-engineer. According to the victim, the accused physically assaulted him causing injuries n his head, nose, ear, neck and different parts of his body after the ward chairperson could not allegedly act on his whim.
