Entrepreneurs of Hariwan in Sarlahi staged a demonstration on February 25, after the monitoring team of Birgunj, Commercial Supply, and Consumer Protection Office came to inspection visit without prior notice. The agitated demonstrators halted the East-West Highway alleging that the monitoring team of the Commercial Supply and Consumer Protection Office Birgunj suddenly came to Hariwan market and imposed fines for minor mistakes and deficiencies.
