Police arrested Mohan Lamsal a 60-year-old man of Maijogamai rural municipality-1 in Ilam on March 1, on the charge of attempting to rape a 20-year-old woman. According to the victim's side, the accused attempted to rape the victim on December 28, 2022, and the complaint was lodged on February 28.
