Ugranarayan Yadav the Chairperson of Bhagwanpur rural municipality in Siraha has been accused of allegedly discriminating against the Dalit community during his mother's 13th day of the funeral ritual on March 6. The rural municipality chairperson allegedly formed a different line for Dalits and non-Dalits. The accused put up a sign board for so-called touchable and untouchable for the sitting arrangement as well. National Dalit Network condemned the Chairperson's action issuing a press release and demanded action against him.
