Dipak Bahadur Chand a local of Pancheshwor rural municipality-3 in Baitadi physically assaulted 35-year-old Bina Bhatta, the deputy chairperson of Pancheshwor rural municipality over a dispute related to electrification. The victim lodged the complaint against the accused on March 10 alleging that the accused who was under the influence of alcohol followed her to her office and physically assaulted her using an Iron plate. Chef District Officer of Baitadi Suresh Panthi stated that the Administration had called both parties to settle the dispute.
