A complaint was lodged against Gobinda Bahadur Bali a 29-year-old man of Birendra municipality-16 currently residing in Jiri municipality-1 on March 20 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint alleging that the accused raped the victim on March 2 by taking her to a hotel located at Jiri municipality-5.
