Police arrested Prem KC a 35-year-old man from Dang on March 24 on the charge of attempting to immolate a woman residing in Musikot municipality-4 of Rukum West. According to the police, the accused poured petrol over the body of the victim on March 22 with the intention of immolating her. According to the police, the neighbors and the locals attempted to settle the issue in their community but the victim refused and lodged the complaint. The victim stated she was saved only by luck after KC's lighter failed to lit when trying to burn her. Police are further investigating the incident following the arrest of KC>
