Teen boy arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl in Arghakhanchi

Police arrested a 13-year-old teen boy on March 28 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old teen boy. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on March 28 alleging that the accused raped the victim on March 27. The victim underwent a medical examination at District hospital in Sandhikharka.
