Police has arrested a youth on the charge of harassing a woman who had gone abroad for study by hacking her facebook and sending her lewd threatening messages. The arrested has been identified as Dipesh Lohani of Dhanpal rural municipality-4 Karsiya. Lohani allegedly used to send lewd pictures and videos to people connected to him on facebook.  Police have arrested the accused and are charging him under Electronic Transaction Act.
