Cadres of CPN-UML and its youth wing have padlocked the office of Purbichauki Rural Municipality in Doti. A group of CPN-UML cadres led by Purbichauki rural municipality committee chairperson Tek Bahadur Bogati and Youth Association Nepal's Doti district secretary Rahul Bohara padlocked the rural municipality office putting forward 14 point demands.
