Police arrested Kadir Momin a 20-year-old youth of Jhapa rural municipality-6 on the charge of character assassination of a woman through social media. According to the police, the accused used to post fake edited pictures of the victim which used to be vulgar in nature on the Facebook timeline of the victim.
