Police arrested Dal Bahadur Rai a 27-year-old man alias Jhoke of Khandbari municipality-9 on April 16, on the charge of raping a 14-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on April 15 alleging that the accused raped her on April 14.
