Students staged a demonstration in New Baneshwor of Kathmandu on Tuesday demanding the government to scrap the decision to not issue NOC letters for students going abroad for study on short term and language courses. The government had decided to not issue NOC letter for students who had not passed at least +2 for going abroad for study. The students staged demonstration carrying placards demanding NOC.
