Youth arrested on the charge of character assassination of a woman through social media

Police arrested Om Prakash Mahara a 22-year-old youth of Sunil Smriti rural municipality-5 of Rolpa on the charge of character assassination of a woman. According to the police, the victim, who lost her phone was retrieved by the accused, and the accused used the photo of her phone captioning it in a vulgar way and posting it.
