Police arrested a 15-year-old teen boy on April 24, on the charge of raping an 8-year-old minor girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on April 23 alleging that the accused raped the victim while she was playing outside on April 21 by calling her inside the home of a neighbor. Police are further investigsating the incident.
