A complaint was lodged at District Police Office Dolakha against Raju Khadka a 27-year-old man of Bhimeshwor municipality-2 in Dolakha on April 30 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the victim was raped on April 23 by the accused in a hotel located at Bhimeshwor municipality-3 with the help of Usha Bhujel and Ram Khadka. All three have gone on the run following the complaint. Police are further investigating the incident.
